摘  要:可重复使用空天飞行器是航空航天领域的重要发展方向,在发射、跨域飞行或再入过程中经历着严酷的气动力、热、振动、噪声等多场复合服役环境,这为重复使用性能验证和寿命评估考核提出了新的需求。近年来,热强度、热-振动、热-噪声以及高温测试等方面取得了显著进展。基于热-噪声复合环境试验技术基础,采用电动缸进行典型加筋壁板的静力加载,形成了静力-热-噪声复合环境试验方案。通过试验表明,噪声载荷产生的振动可引起静力加载的下降;当静力加载的位置保持不变时,试验件的加热可引起静力加载的大幅增加。最终成功开展了加筋壁板的静力-热-噪声复合环境试验,这为建立空天飞行器的可重复使用试验体系以及热防护结构性能验证提供了技术支撑。Reusable aerospace vehicles are an important development direction in the aerospace field,and in the process of launch,cross-domain flight or reentry,they experience harsh combined service environments,such as,aerodynamic,thermal,vibration,acoustic loads etc.The new test requirements are required for reusable performance verification and life assessment.In recent years,significant progress has been made in thermal strength,thermal-vibration,thermal-acoustic,high temperature measurement and other aspects.Based on the research basis of thermal-acoustic environmental test,static loads are applied by a set of electric cylinders and a static-thermal-acoustic combined environmental test is proposed.Test results show that the vibration of stiffened plates induced by acoustic load can cause a large decrease of the static load.When the position of the statically loaded end remains the same,the heating can also cause a large increase of the static load.The static-thermal-acoustic combined environmental test of thin-walled plate is carried out successfully,which can provide technical supports for the establishment of a reusable test system for aerospace vehicles and the assessment of the performance of thermal protection structures.
