摘  要:简要分析了有机硅生产系统中氯甲烷合成工序中的冷却设备存在的问题,提出了设备进行技术改进的必要性。介绍了碳化硅材料的优越性以及碳化硅双封头列管换热器的工作原理和特点。通过试验研究证明了改进后设备的应用效果,节约循环水消耗70%,改善了作业环境,缩短一半清理工作时间,达到了节能降耗的目的。A brief analysis was conducted on the problems existing in the cooling equipment of the chloromethane synthesis process in the organic silicon production system,and the necessity for technical improvement of the equipment was proposed.Introduced the advantages of silicon carbide materials and the working principle and characteristics of silicon carbide double head tube heat exchangers.Through experimental research,the application effect of the improved equipment has been proven to save 70%of circulating water consumption,improve the working environment,shorten half of the cleaning time,and achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
