摘  要:针对某中型载货汽车油箱支架进行轻量化改进设计。首先按照实际尺寸数据建立油箱支架系统各部件的三维模型并进行装配;分析确定油箱支架的3种典型工况,计算作用载荷;运用有限元分析软件对油箱支架进行仿真分析,为改进设计提供依据;采用拓扑结构优化和尺寸优化,提出去除支架部分材料的轻量化设计方案一和改变支架截面尺寸的轻量化设计方案二。改进后两种方案的分析结果表明:方案一油箱支架实现了减重6.2%的效果,但会增加生产工艺及加工成本;方案二达到了减重5.2%的效果,且生产工艺简单、成本低,更符合工程应用需求。The fuel tank bracket of a medium truck is improved and designed for lightweighting.Firstly,the three-dimensional models of each component of the fuel tank bracket system are established based on actual dimensional data and assembled.Three typical working conditions of the fuel tank bracket are analyzed and determined to calculate the applied loads.The finite element analysis software is used to simulate and analyze the fuel tank bracket to provide a basis for the improvement design.Topology optimization and dimensional optimization are adopted,and the lightweight design scheme 1 of removing part of the bracket materials and the lightweight design scheme 2 of changing the bracket cross-sectional size are proposed.After improvement,the analysis results of the two schemes show that,scheme 1 reduces the weight of the fuel tank bracket by 6.2%,but increases production processes and processing costs,while scheme 2 achieves a weight reduction of 5.2%,with simple production processes and low costs,which is more in line with the needs of engineering applications.
