摘  要:焊接机器人是工程机械领域中至关重要的焊接设备,其应用将推动工程机械行业向成熟发展迈进。挖掘机动臂作为异形大结构件,在使用机器人进行焊接时仍然面临制造技术方面的瓶颈,主要表现为不一致的焊缝质量等问题。这些问题包括焊接线偏离、焊缝成型以及内部质量不良等,对动臂的质量稳定性和制造效率产生影响。为解决这些问题,对机器人在焊接过程中出现的一系列不良现象进行详细分析,并得到了变形规律。同时,制定合理的机器人焊接工艺方法,并建立起一套适用于各种情况下的模型与原则来指导程序编写,从而促进机器人焊接的广泛应用。Welding robot is crucial welding equipment in the field of construction machinery,and its application promotes the mature development of construction machinery industry.As ashaped large structural component,the excavator boom still faces bottlenecks in terms of manufacturing technology when using robots for welding,mainly manifested as problems such as inconsistent weld quality.These problems include weld line deviation,poor weld formation and internal quality,etc.,which have an impact on the quality stability and manufacturing efficiency of the boom.To solve these problems,a series of undesirable phenomena occurring in the welding process with the robot are analyzed in detail,and the deformation law is obtained.At the same time,a reasonable robot welding process is developed,and a set of models and principles applicable to various situations are established to guide programming,thereby promoting the widespread application of robot welding.
