摘  要:隧道湿喷台车电气系统是整机各个系统中信息集成度最高的系统,通过控制器采集外界信息,在湿喷台车整个系统中是类似大脑中枢的关键系统。但是在出现故障时,对故障点不能及时定位和排除,尤其对于非电气专业的操作手来说,排除故障难上加难。采用故障树分析方法,对湿喷台车电气系统进行分析,提高排除故障的工作效率,优化湿喷台车电气系统的故障解决率,并针对电气系统设计故障树软件系统,通过人机交互系统实现故障树应用。Lian Qian;The electrical system of the tunnel wet shotcrete machine is the system with the highest degree of information integration among all systems of the whole machine,which collects external information through the controller and is a key system similar to the brain center in the whole system of the wet shotcrete machine.However,when a fault occurs,the fault point cannot be located and eliminated in time,and especially for non-electrical operators,troubleshooting is much more difficult.The fault tree analysis method is adopted to analyze the electrical system of the wet shotcrete machine to improve troubleshooting efficiency and optimize fault resolution rate of the electrical system of the wet shotcrete machine,and a fault tree software system is designed for the electrical system to achieve the application of fault tree through the human-machine interaction system.
