“专业课程思政”融入对大学生综合素质培养的影响研究

摘　　要：课程思政是新时代高校实现立德树人、提高学生综合素质的重要举措之一。研究通过对561名管理类大学生的调查,采用二元Logistic模型分析课程思政融入对大学生综合素质培养的影响,结果发现:学生对课程思政改革的态度、对课堂时政话题的关心度、大学学习价值观认知、教师专业时政结合度、专业课视频合题程度对大学生的个人综合素质培养存在显著正向影响。同时,通过进一步对“专业课程思政”融入对大学生综合素质培养的影响进行异质性分析发现,在不同年龄、不同性别、不同专业下,“专业课程思政”融入学生素养、教学内容、教学方式均将对管理类大学生综合素质培养产生不同影响,因而“专业课程思政”融入的教学方式和教学内容仍需进行异质性改革。基于此提出高校应加速课程思政的改革进度,完善课程思政评价体系;教师应强化专业教学中的思政融入能力,创新课程思政教学方式方法;学生应树立良好的学习价值观,有意识地培育自身的综合素养等政策建议。Curriculum politics is one of the essential measures for colleges to achieve moral education and improve students'comprehensive quality in the new era.Based on the investigation of 561 college students who majored in Management,the paper uses a binary Logistic model to analyze the influence of the integration of curriculum politics into the comprehensive quality cultivation of college students.The results show that students'attitude toward curriculum politics reform,students'concern about current political topics in class,the cognition of college learning values,the degree of combination of specialty and current affairs and current politics by teachers,and the degree of conformity between the professional courses'videos and the topics have significant positive effects on the cultivation of college students'personal comprehensive quality.At the same time,through further heterogeneity analysis of the influence of the integration of"professional curriculum politics"into the comprehensive quality cultivation of college students,it is found that under different ages,different genders and different majors,the integration of"professional curriculum politics"into middle school students'literacy,teaching content and teaching methods will have different effects on the comprehensive quality cultivation of college students majored in Management.Therefore,the teaching methods and contents under the integration of"professional curriculum politics"still need to carry out heterogeneous reform.Based on this,it is suggested that colleges should accelerate the progress of curriculum politics reform and perfect the evaluation system of curriculum politics,that teachers should strengthen the ability to integrate ideological and political education into professional course teaching and innovate the teaching methods of curriculum politics,that students should establish good learning values and consciously cultivate their comprehensive literacy.
