摘 要:为进一步提升井下采煤机运行的自动化与智能化水平,结合某煤矿企业井下采煤机调高工作现状,对井下采煤机自动调高液压系统进行优化设计。首先对整体方案进行优化设计,而后分别从硬件和软件两个层面着手,探讨了该系统优化设计的要点内容。最后对该系统进行实际测试,测试结果显示,此次优化设计得到的井下采煤机自动调高液压系统在各项主要指标上均具有一定优势,证明其具有一定应用价值。In order to further improve the automation and intelligence level of underground coal mining machine operation,combined with the current situation of underground coal mining machine height adjustment in a coal mining enterprise,the hydraulic system of automatic height adjustment for underground coal mining machine is optimally designed.Firstly,the overall scheme is optimised,and then the main points of the optimised design of the system are discussed from the hardware and software levels respectively.Finally,the system is tested in practice,and the test results show that the hydraulic system for automatic height adjustment of underground coal mining machine obtained by this optimisation design has certain advantages in all the main indexes,which proves that it has certain application value.
