摘 要:随着全球老龄化的加剧,关节软骨退变的发病率不断上升,已成为导致关节慢性疼痛和行动不便的主要因素,更是骨关节炎的主要病理过程。目前,关节软骨退变的确切病因尚不明确,遗传、代谢、机械应力、营养素等可能是其主要影响因素。相关营养素(钙元素、维生素D、ω-3脂肪酸、ω-6脂肪酸、维生素C、葡萄糖胺、硫酸软骨素等)对延缓软骨退行性病变有积极作用,但其具体作用机制仍待阐明。未来深入探究这些营养素在软骨退变中的作用机制,将为软骨退变疾病的治疗提供新思路。Aging is intensifying globally,leading to a continuous rise in the incidence of degenerative joint cartilage diseases,which have become the primary cause of chronic joint pain and impaired mobility,and are also the main pathological process of osteoarthritis.Currently,the exact etiology of degenerative cartilage conditions remains unclear,while genetics,metabolism,mechanical stress,and nutrients are likely key influencing factors.Relevant nutrients,such as calcium,vitamin D,ω-3 fatty acid,ω-6 fatty acid,vitamin C,glucosamine,and chondroitin sulfate,appear to have positive effects in delaying cartilage degeneration,yet the specific mechanisms of their actions remain to be elucidated.Further investigation into the roles of these nutrients in cartilage degeneration in the future will provide new directions for the treatment of these conditions.
