摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展和变化,高校教育也在不断调整和完善。作为高校的主要任务之一,培养学生的就业创业能力已经成为各大学校的重要任务之一。在“三全育人”理念的指导下提升“三全育人”理念下高校学生就业创业能力,不仅能够帮助学生更好地适应社会需求,提升自身竞争力,也能促进社会经济的发展。因而研究“三全育人”理念下高校学生就业创业能力提升路径有重要的意义。对此,通过阐述“三全育人”理念与高校学生就业创业能力培养的契合点,分析“三全育人”理念下提升高校学生就业创业能力的路径,以期帮助学生更好地适应社会需求。With the continuous development and changes of society,higher education is also constantly adjusting and improving.As one of the main tasks of universities,cultivating students'employment and entrepreneurship abilities has become one of the important tasks of vari⁃ous universities.Under the guidance of the"Three Comprehensive Education"concept,enhancing the employment and entrepreneurship abilities of college students under the"Three Comprehensive Education"concept can not only help students better adapt to social needs,enhance their competitiveness,but also promote social and economic development.Therefore,studying the path to enhance the employment and entrepreneurship abilities of college students under the concept of"comprehensive education"is of great significance.In this regard,by elaborating on the connection between the concept of"comprehensive education"and the cultivation of employment and entrepreneurship abilities of college students,this paper analyzes the path to enhance the employment and entrepreneurship abilities of college students under the concept of"comprehensive education",in order to help students better adapt to social needs.
