摘  要:植物多酚是一类广泛存在于植物体内重要的次生代谢物质,具有重要的生态作用。本研究介绍了植物多酚的提取方法及其研究进展。提取多酚方法已经从传统的溶剂提取法发展到了超声波辅助提取、微波辅助提取等多种新方法。与传统提取方法相比,新方法虽然在提取率、耗能等方面具有优势,但是这些新方法在工业化生产和提高多酚活性成分提取率等方面还存在一些亟待解决的问题。进一步开发提取率高、提取物品质好、成本低的多酚提取方法将成为研究人员未来的重要研究方向。本研究旨在为相关领域研究中植物多酚提取提供参考。Plant polyphenols are a kind of important secondary metabolites that exist widely in plants. Plant polyphenols play an important ecological role. In this paper, the extraction methods of plant polyphenols and their research progress were analyzed. It was pointed out that the extraction methods of polyphenols had developed from traditional solvent extraction to ultrasonic-assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction. Compared with the traditional extraction methods, the new method has advantages in terms of extraction rate and energy consumption. However, these new methods still have some problems to be solved in industrial production and improving the extraction rate of polyphenol active components. Further development of polyphenol extraction methods with high extraction rate, good extract quality and low cost will become an important research direction for researchers in the future. The purpose of this study is to provide reference for the extraction of plant polyphenols in related fields.
