摘 要:针对双向机械能发电时转子频繁换向而带来能量损失的问题,机械运动整流永磁发电机结合行星传动,可以实现双向输入机械能到转子单向输出发电的过程。为了研究该发电机的电磁性能,建立了其电磁结构仿真模型,得到其空载电动势、气隙磁密以及负载状态运行下的电磁性能。加工研制一台实验样机,并搭建该发电机的电磁性能测试平台,该发电机的实测电磁性能与仿真结果基本一致,验证了该发电机电磁结构的合理性和有限元仿真模型的有效性。To solve the problem of energy loss caused by frequent rotor commutation during bidirectional mechanical energy generation,the mechanical motion rectification permanent magnet generator(MR-PMG)with planetary transmission could achieve the power generation process of bidirectional mechanical energy input to unidirectional rotor output.In order to study the electromagnetic performance of the generator,simulation model of its electromagnetic structure was established,the no-load electromotive force,air gap magnetic density,and electromagnetic performance under load operation were obtained.The experimental prototype was fabricated,and the electromagnetic performance testing platform was built.The test results of electromagnetic performance was basically consistent with the simulation results,the rationality of electromagnetic structure and effectiveness of finite element simulation model were verified.
