摘 要:区域协同创新是推动黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的重要途径。在协同论等理论基础上,利用功效系数法,创新性采用区域间协同数据,从创新资源、协同合作、创新成果3个维度构建指标体系,评价黄河流域9省区区域协同创新能力。结果显示,黄河流域区域协同创新能力差异明显,整体呈现“东强西弱”的格局,各省区之间未形成良好的协同创新联动。建议优化创新资源配置、深化打造黄河流域科创大走廊、建立和完善体制机制保障。Regional collaborative innovation is an important way to promote ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.Based on synergy theory and other theories,inter-regional collaboration data is innovatively adopted by the method of efficacy coefficient,an index system is constructed from three dimensions of innovation resources,collaborative cooperation and innovation achievements,and evaluates the regional collaborative innovation ability of nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin.The results show that there are obvious differences in regional collaborative innovation ability in the Yellow River Basin,and the overall pattern is“strong in the east and weak in the west”,and there is no good collaborative innovation linkage among provinces and regions.It is suggested to optimize the allocation of innovation resources,deepen the construction of the Yellow River Basin science and technology innovation corridor,and establish and improve institutional support.
