摘 要:[目的]随着城市地下空间利用率不断提高,新建隧道穿越施工对既有隧道的扰动不可避免。上海市北横通道超大直径盾构近距离下穿上海轨道交通11号线工程项目情况较为复杂,需针对性分析对既有隧道变形的影响。[方法]基于上海轨道交通11号线上下行线隧道的实时监测数据,分析了北横通道超大直径盾构下穿隧道影响区域时,11号线上下行线隧道垂直位移情况;提出了下穿施工期间控制既有地铁隧道变形的技术要点。[结果及结论]盾构下穿施工对既有地铁隧道垂直位移影响主要发生在正投影区域,且垂直位移曲线呈现“火山口状”;在正常下穿施工阶段上方既有地铁隧道表现为上抬,而在管片拼装阶段则表现为下沉。应基于“少扰动、小扰动”的原则采取控制既有地铁隧道变形的技术措施。[Objective]With the continuous increase in the utilization rate of urban underground space,the under-passing construction of new tunnels inevitably disturbs existing tunnels.The project situation of Shanghai Beiheng Passage super-large-diameter shield under-passing Shanghai Rail Transit Line 11 in proximity is complicated,requiring a targeted analysis of the impact on the deformation of existing tunnel.[Method]Based on real-time monitoring data of the upward and downward tunnels of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 11,the vertical displacement of Line 11 upward and downward tunnels during Beiheng Passage super-large-diameter shield under-passing tunnel impacted area is analyzed,and the technical points for controlling existing metro tunnel deformation during the under-passing construction are proposed.[Result&Conclusion]The impact of shield under-passing construction on the vertical displacement of existing metro tunnel mainly occurs in the orthographic projection region,with the vertical displacement curve showing a′volcano-like′shape.During normal under-passing construction phase,the above existing metro tunnel exhibits uplift,while during segment assembly,it exhibits subsidence.Technical measures should be adopted based on the principle of′less disturbance,minimal impact′to control the deformation of existing metro tunnel.
