青少年竞技后备人才数字档案系统的创建与运用

摘　　要：运用文献资料调研、结构化设计等研究方法,创建全面、动态、可溯源的青少年竞技后备人才数字档案系统。青少年竞技后备人才运动档案智能软硬件系统由3个子系统组成,分别是青少年运动信息智能采集子系统、运动数据加密隐私化储存子系统和运动表现管理子系统。通过青少年竞技后备人才数字档案系统研发和实践运用,能够对青少年运动员各项训练表现进行实时化、常态化、科学量化管理,综合评估运动能力,日常运动信息采集全程数字化,运动考评过程化,日常运动记录可溯化,青少年运动员成长轨迹智慧化管理,实现科学选拔、科学培养青少年竞技体育后备人才的目的。Using literature research,structured design and other research methods to create a comprehensive,dynamic and traceable digital archive system for young competitive reserve talents.The intelligent software and hardware system of the sports archives of young competitive reserve talents is composed of three subsystems,which are the intelligent collection subsystem of youth sports information,the encrypted and privatized storage subsystem of sports data,and the sports performance management subsystem.Through the development and practical application of this digital archive system,it is possible to carry out real-time,normalized and scientific quantitative management of the training performance of young athletes,comprehensively evaluate the athletic ability,digitize the whole process of daily sports information collection,process the sports examination and evaluation,trace the daily sports records,and intelligently manage the growth trajectory of young athletes,so as to achieve the purpose of scientific selection and scientific training of young competitive sports reserve talents.
