摘  要:轨道质量指数是区段轨道质量的评价方法之一。本文对比分析了多种归一化方法对于轨道质量指数的适用性,并基于中国干线铁路实测轨道不平顺数据对中国、荷兰、加拿大、法国和日本的五种既有轨道质量指数进行对比分析;提出了一种新的轨道质量指数NTQI(New Track Quality Index),用以表征区段轨道质量控制情况。结果表明:五种轨道质量指数根据计算方法的不同可以划分为三类,基于标准差的轨道质量指数可以更好地表征区段轨道质量状态;NTQI具有可平均性,能够实现不同速度等级线路轨道质量状态的横向对比,以及多速度等级线路的轨道质量评价。通过计算NTQI的平均值可实现不同速度等级区段轨道质量状态的整体量化。The Track Quality Index(TQI)is one of the methods for evaluating the quality of sectional tracks.This paper compares and analyzes the suitability of various normalization methods for TQI,and calculates and analyzes the existing track quality indices of China,the Netherlands,Canada,France and Japan based on measured track irregularity data of China’s mainline railways.A new track quality index,NTQI(New TQI),has been proposed to represent the track quality control of the section.The results show that the five track quality indices can be classified into three categories based on the different calculation methods,and the standard deviation based TQI has certain advantages in better characterizing the quality status of sectional tracks.NTQI has the capability for averaging and is utilized to characterize the control of section track quality,enabling comparability of track quality status across different speed grade lines and facilitating the evaluation of track quality for multi-speed grade lines.Calculating the average value of NTQI enables the quantification of the track quality status of different speed class segments.
