摘  要:该研究旨在探究女子跳远运动员在助跑最后一步与起跳阶段的运动学特性,以及这些特性对最终跳远成绩的影响。通过对2020年全国青年杯田径锦标赛女子跳远决赛的8名选手使用240Hz高速摄像机拍摄的资料进行Kwon3D动作分析系统处理,该研究计算了跨步距离、踏板时间、起跳时间等关键运动学参数。研究发现,尽管前四名和后四名选手在大多数运动学参数上没有显著性差异,但起跳瞬间的水平速度与跳远成绩之间存在显著性正相关。这一结果提示,虽然所有运动员的基本技术特征相似,但提高起跳瞬间的水平速度可能是提升跳远成绩的关键。This study aims to explore the kinematic characteristics of female long jumpers in the last step of the approach and the take-off phase,as well as the impact of these characteristics on final long jump performance.This study uses the Kwon 3D motion analysis system to process the data taken by 240 Hz high-speed cameras of 8 jumpers in the women's long jump final at the 2020 National Youth Cup Athletics Championships,and calculates key kinematic parameters such as step distance,board contact time and take-off time.The study finds that there was no significant difference between the top four and bottom four jumpers in most kinematic parameters,but there was a significant positive correlation between the horizontal velocity at the take-off moment and long jump performance,which shows that the basic technical characteristics of all jumpers are similar,but improving the horizontal velocity at the take-off moment may be the key to improving long jump performance.
