摘 要:该文旨在探讨瑜伽训练对高校女生形体姿态的生理影响,并提出推动高校女生参与瑜伽训练的策略。通过对瑜伽的起源、功效以及训练分类与方法进行理论基础的梳理,深入研究瑜伽对女生脊柱、骨骼系统和肢体协调与柔韧性的生理影响。最后,提出因材施教、建设高水平瑜伽训练师资团队以及积极推广鼓励的策略,以促进高校女生参与瑜伽训练,从而提升其形体姿态。The purpose of this paper is to explore the physiological effects of yoga training on the body posture of female college students,and put forward strategies to promote female college students to participate in yoga training.This paper sorts out the theoretical basis of the origin,efficacy,and training classification and methods of yoga,conducts an in-depth study of the physiological effects of yoga on the coordination and flexibility of the spine,skeletal system and limbs of girls,and finally proposes the strategies of teaching students according to their aptitudes,building a team of high-level yoga training teachers,and actively promoting and encouraging it,so as to promote the participation of female college students in yoga training and improve their body posture.
