摘　　要：产教融合是高职社会体育专业人才培养的保障,国家、社会和学校齐心协力,取长补短,融合发展,促进社会体育专业课程教学改革,为社会体育专业人才培养形成合力。在产教融合大背景下,分析目前高职院校社会体育专业人才培养的发展现状,探讨高职社会体育专业人才培养逻辑,提出多元化办学,重构教学体系,弘扬工匠精神,探索创新班建设,从而优化高职社会体育专业人才培养模式。The integration of industry and education is the guarantee for the talent training of social sports majors in higher vocational colleges.The state,society and schools should make concerted efforts,draw on each other's strength and make integrated development to promote the course teaching reform of social sports majors,so as to form a joint force for the talent training of social sports majors.Under the background of the integration of industry and education,this paper analyzes the development status of the current personnel training in social sports majors in higher vocational colleges,discusses the logic of the personnel training in social sports majors in higher vocational colleges,and proposes to run schools in a diversified manner,reconstruct the teaching system,carry forward craftsmanship spirit and explore innovative class construction,so as to optimize the personnel training mode in social sports majors in higher vocational colleges.
