摘 要:目的:分析实验室对甲氰菊酯(Fenpropathrin)、噻嗪酮(Buprofezin)的检测能力验证项目进行结果分析。方法:项目制备喷施农药后的天然茶叶样品为考核样品,对样品的均匀性和稳定性进行检验。采用稳健统计法算法A对303家实验室提交的572个有效结果进行统计,通过Z比分数评价实验室检测能力,并对结果进行分析。结果:制备样品的均匀性稳定性符合能力验证样品要求。303家实验室中287家结果满意,总体满意率为94.7%。选择的统计方法合理,统计结果正常。结论:绝大多数参加实验室茶叶中甲氰菊酯(Fenpropathrin)、噻嗪酮(Buprofezin)检测能力良好,对不满意实验室,通过本次能力验证查找存在的问题,可以帮助实验室整改,进一步提升检验能力。Objective:To analyze the proficiency test results for determination of Fenpropathrin and Buprofezin in Tea.Methods:The natural tea samples prepared by the project after spraying pesticides were used as the test samples,and the homogeneity and stability of the samples were tested.The algorithm a of robust statistical method was used to count 572 valid results submitted by 303 laboratories.The testing ability of laboratories was evaluated by Z-score,and the results were analyzed.Results:The homogeneity and stability of the prepared samples met the requirements of proficiency testing samples,287 of 303 laboratories were satisfied with the results,and the overall satisfaction rate was 94.7%.The selected statistical method is reasonable and the statistical results are normal.Conclusion:The vast majority of participating laboratories have good detection ability of fenpropathrin and buprofezin in corn flour.For dissatisfied laboratories,finding the existing problems through this proficiency test can help the laboratories to rectify and further improve their detection ability.
