摘　　要：LI-6400光合仪是美国LI-COR公司的一款便携式光合作用测定系统。介绍该仪器使用中的常见故障、产生原因、解决办法及日常维护,以期缩短仪器的维修时间,延长仪器的使用寿命,提高仪器的利用率。LI-6400 photosynthetic instrument is a portable photosynthesis measurement system of LI-COR company in the United States.The common faults,causes,solutions and daily maintenance of the instrument are introduced.In order to shorten the maintenance time of the instrument,prolong the service life of the instrument and improve the utilization rate of the instrument,so as to provide help to relevant personnel when they encounter similar problems with the photosynthetic instrument.
