摘　　要：为响应教育部号召,提升社区居民信息技术类职业技能,积极深入社区进行需求调研。以社区数字化档案馆Excel电子表格基础课程为例,依据工作者和居民需求及现有知识基础与能力,采用Word绘图工具、思维导图设计课程框架,精选课程内容,利用录屏与出镜相结合、Camtasia Studio与Premier软件视频制作、讯飞听见添加字幕方式建设课程资源,采用线上与线下方式开展课程实施及评价。In response to the call of the Ministry of Education,to enhance the information technology vocational skills of community residents,actively delve into the community and conduct demand research.Taking basic course of Excel Spreadsheet in Community Digital Archives as example,adopts according to the needs of workers and residents and existing knowledge base and abilities,uses Word drawing tool and mind maps to design course framework,selects course content,uses the combination of screen recording and appearing on screen,Camtasia Studio and Premier software video production,Xunfei Hearing add subtitles to construct course resources,implements and evaluates courses through both online and offl ine methods.
