摘　　要：学科建设在高校各项工作中起到引领作用,学科水平是高校办学水平的主要标志,也是高校综合实力的根本体现。对于新建地方本科高校,学科建设工作大多刚刚起步,学科建设基础仍然比较薄弱,学科建设水平普遍较低。总结近年来新建地方本科高校学科建设现状,分析学科建设存在的问题,就如何更好地开展学科建设进行探讨。Discipline construction is the leading work in universities.Discipline level is the main symbol of the level of running a university,and it is also the fundamental embodiment of the comprehensive strength of universities.As a newlybuilt local undergraduate university,most of the discipline construction work has just started,the foundation of discipline construction is still relatively weak,and the discipline construction level is relatively low.The article summarizes the current situation of discipline construction in newly-built local undergraduate universities in recent years,analyzes the problems existing in discipline construction,and discusses how to better carry out discipline construction.
