摘　　要：理论教材是翻译学科知识传播的重要载体。《翻译学概论》是中国翻译学研究共同体的集体智慧结晶,对于促进翻译学研究生全面掌握翻译学科发展的脉络、加快建设当下翻译人才的培养体系、建构翻译学知识体系与学术话语、翻译学研究团队的学术传承具有重要意义。Theoretical textbooks serve as the fundamental source of knowledge for a discipline and On Translation Studies is a compilation of the collective academic wisdom of Chinese translation studies community.This book is crucial in facilitating translation postgraduate students'understanding of the past,present and future of the discipline,enhancing the training of translation talents,developing a knowledge system and academic discourse for translation studies,and preserving the academic heritage of translation research.
