摘　　要：2023年,随着新冠疫情防控转段,中国经济恢复发展、全球恢复正常国际往来,中国电影市场快速复苏、电影行业企稳回升。与此同时,民族复兴、百年变局、数字变革等多重因素叠加共振,中国电影教育与产业发展环境更具多变性、不确定性、复杂性、模糊性。在首次从中国电影金鸡奖系列活动升级成为主要活动的第一年,2023中国电影教育与产业论坛邀请国内外嘉宾学者围绕“文明互鉴与国际合作:电影教育与产业发展新态势”这一核心议题,从宏观与微观、学理与现实等多个层面充分交流,并就“中华优秀文化与中国电影学派”“电影教育与产业发展的互构与共生”“立足两岸、联合港澳、拥抱世界的电影人才培养”和“华语编剧人才培养”等分议题进行了深入探讨,为新时代新征程上中国电影产业提升竞争力出谋划策,为发展中国特色世界一流的电影教育提供意见参考,以助力中国电影产业发展和国家文化实力提升,推进电影强国及文化强国建设。In 2023,as the COVID-19 prevention and control phase turns,China's economy rebounds and the world resumes normal international exchanges.Consequently,China's film market experiences a rapid recovery while the film industry stabilizes and rebounds.Simultaneously,multiple factors such as national rejuvenation.century-old changes,digital transformation contribute to an increasingly variable,uncertain,complex and ambiguous environ-ment for China's film education and industry development.In its inaugural year as a major event following the Chi-nese Film Golden Rooster Awards series upgrade,the 2023 China Film Education and Industry Forum invites domes-tic and foreign scholars to engage in focused discussions on"Mutual Learning of Civilizations and International Coop-eration:The core issue and new trends of film education and industrial development".These discussions encompass various levels including macro/micro perspectives as well as academic theory versus practical reality.Furthermore.deep exploration is conducted on topics like"Promoting Excellent Chinese Culture through Chinese Film Schools"."The Interdependence between Film Education and Industrial Development","Film Talent Training with Cross-Strait Collaboration,United Hong Kong&.Macao Integration towards Global Embrace"along with Chinese Screen-writer Talent Development".The aim is to provide suggestions for enhancing competitiveness within China's film in-dustry during this new era and journey.Additionally,valuable insights are sought to aid in developing world-class film education with distinctive Chinese characteristics that can contribute to the growth of both the country's film in-dustry and its cultural strength at a national level.Ultimately these efforts will promote the establishment of a robust nation known for its prowess in filmmaking arts.
