摘　　要：偏头痛是临床最常见的原发性头痛,致残率高,疾病负担重。功能MRI(functional MRI, fMRI)在偏头痛的研究中发挥了重要作用。该文就近年来静息态fMRI在无先兆偏头痛(migraine without aura, MwoA)领域取得的主要进展进行了综述,包括从脑区自发功能活动和功能网络连接方面基于fMRI对MwoA发生发展机制的探索,以及fMRI在MwoA的辅助诊断、疗效评估等潜在临床应用的研究进展。最后,该文总结归纳了当前fMRI研究在MwoA领域所面临的困扰和前景。Migraine is the most common primary headache clinically,with high disability rate and heavy burden.Functional MRI(fMRI)plays a significant role in the study of migraine.This article reviews the main advances of migraine without aura(MwoA)based on resting-state fMRI in recent years,including the exploration of the mechanism of fMRI in the occurrence and development of MwoA in terms of regional functional activities and functional network connections,as well as the research progress of the potential clinical application of fMRI in aiding diagnosis and assessing treatment effect for MwoA.At last,this article summarizes the current distresses and prospects of fMRI research on MwoA.
