基于“以通为补”理论探讨变应性鼻炎的治疗思路

摘　　要：“以通为补”理论的应用最早见于《伤寒论》,主要是通过宣通腠理,温脏通阳,继而达到治疗疾病的目的。变应性鼻炎作为临床常见的免疫性疾病,病程常迁延难愈,临床采用中医疗法卓有成效。患者因惧针和畏惧口服中药导致中医治疗变应性鼻炎受限。故临床上,外治法运用中药熏蒸联合透灸法宣散与温通并用,择法简而专,临床疗效显著,为治疗变应性鼻炎提供新思路。内治法应用中药内服,深究病机,随机应变,实现祛邪以“通”,温“通”以“补”。文章基于“以通为补”思想,浅谈变应性鼻炎的相关内外治法治疗思路,并附验案一则。The application of the theory of‘obstruction-removing as tonifying therapy’was first seen in the Theory of Febrile Diseases,mainly through promoting the rationale of the muscular interstices,warming the viscera and Tongyang,and then achieving the purpose of treating diseases.As a common clinical immune disease,the course of allergic rhinitis is often prolonged and difficult to cure.Clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine therapy is effective.Patients are limited in the treatment of allergic rhinitis due to fear of acupuncture and oral Chinese medicine.The clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with thorough moxibustion,simple and specific method,combined with spreading and warming tong,has remarkable clinical effect and provides a new idea for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Internal treatment is the application of oral Chinese medicine,in-depth study of pathogenesis,random strain,to achieve the elimination of pathogens to“pass”,‘obstruction-removing as tonifying therapy’.Based on the thought of‘obstruction-removing as tonifying therapy’.the article briefly discusses the treatment of allergic rhinitis by internal treatment and external treatment of Chinese medicine,and attached a case.
