摘　　要：卒中后认知障碍(PSCI)是卒中后常见的并发症,严重影响患者的日常生活及预后效果。岭南头皮针是常见的岭南飞针疗法之一,临床上治疗PSCI具有一定的疗效及优势。笔者从中医对PSCI的认识出发,结合现代医学研究探讨岭南头皮针治疗PSCI的作用机制,以期为岭南头皮针治疗PSCI提供更多参考。Post-stroke cognitive impairment(PsCl)is a common complication after stroke,which seriously affects the daily life and prognosis of patients.Lingnan scalp acupuncture is one of the common Lingnan flying needle manipulations,which has certain curative effects and advantages in clinical treatment of PSCl.The authors explores the mechanism of action of Lingnan scalp acupuncture in treating PSCl started from the understanding of PsCl in Chinese medicine and combined with modern medical research,in order to provide more reference for Lingnan scalp acupuncture in treating cognitive impairment after stroke.
