摘  要:丙戊酸盐(valproate, VPA)是临床治疗癫痫、双相情感障碍及偏头痛的有效药物。近年来研究发现,VPA可以影响成瘾药物诱导的行为敏化的形成和表达,但其机制尚不完全清楚。本文综述了VPA对成瘾药物诱导的行为敏化的影响,并从其对糖原合酶激酶-3β(glycogen synthase kinase-3β,GSK-3β)的抑制作用、组蛋白去乙酰化酶(histone deacetylase, HDAC)的抑制作用、中枢γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid, GABA)系统调节作用三方面来探讨其对行为敏化的影响机制,以期为探索药物成瘾的干预策略提供依据。Valproate(VPA)is an effective drug in the treatment of epilepsy,bipolar disorder and migraine.In recent years,it has been found that VPA can affect the formation and expression of behavioral sensitization induced by addictive drug,but its mechanism is not fully understood.In this paper,the effects of VPA on behavioral sensitization induced by addictive drugs were reviewed,and the mechanism of VPA on behavioral sensitization was discussed from three aspects:inhibition of glycogen synthase kinase-3β,inhibition of histone deacetylase,and regulation of central GABA system,which provides some basis for exploring the intervention strategy of drug addiction.
