摘 要:研究目的:中低速磁浮一般按双线设计,线路线型由曲线、缓和曲线及直线构成。中低速磁浮特殊的轨排特征,对线路线型精度要求较高,其轨道几何状态直接关系磁浮列车的安全和运行的稳定性。为满足轨排安装的静态平顺度要求,轨排在铺设前已经加工完毕并与线路资料对号入座,且一一对应。当线下工程施工误差导致线路线型与设计不匹配时,就不能采用与轮轨铁路一样的校正方法,需要研究适用于中低速磁浮的校正方法对线路线型进行校正。研究结论:(1)为满足轨排安装的静态平顺度要求,解决由于线下工程施工误差导致线路线型与设计不匹配的问题,研究了一种适合于中低速磁浮的线路线型校正方法,区别于轮轨铁路线路线型校正方法,其主要步骤为:轨排预铺设→线路线型拟合→轨排重排→线路线型匹配性分析→轨排铺设;(2)通过实际案例分析,在施工精度可控的条件下,该校正方法可以解决线下工程施工偏差带来的铺轨问题,避免了线下基础重新施工、轨排重新生产等导致产生废弃工程的情况;(3)本研究结论可为中低速磁浮线路线型校正提供参考。Research purposes:The medium and low speed maglev is generally designed as a dual line,the line type consisting of curves,transition curves,and straight lines.The special track panel characteristic of medium and low speed maglev requires high accuracy in line type,and its track geometry directly affects the safety and stability of maglev trains.To meet the static smoothness requirements for track panel installation,the track panel has been processed and matched with the line data before laying,and corresponds one by one.When the construction error of the offline project leads to the mismatch between the line type and the design,the same correction method as the wheel rail railway cannot be used.It is necessary to study a correction method suitable for medium and low speed maglev to calibrate the line type.Research conclusions:(1)To meet the static smoothness requirements of track panel installation and solve the problem of mismatch between the line type and the design caused by construction errors in offline project,this paper investigates a line alignment correction method suitable for medium and low speed maglev,which is different from the wheel rail railway line alignment correction method.The main steps are:pre-laying of track panels→fitting of line types→rearrangement of track panels→analysis of line type matching→laying of track panels.(2)Through practical case analysis,under the condition of controllable construction accuracy,this correction method can solve the problem of track laying caused by construction deviation in offline projects,avoiding situations where abandoned projects may occur due to the re-construction of offline foundations and the re-production of track panels.(3)The research conclusion can provide reference for the alignment correction of medium and low speed maglev.
