摘  要:客户体验管理是一种客户管理方法,旨在通过战略性地管理客户体验为企业增加收入和资产价值。随着经济形态的不断转变,我国人民的消费层次正由实用层面转向体验层面。在这样的社会形势下,高校虽为非营利机构,但学生和家长对就读体验感的要求也在同步增长。创新创业教育是学校人才培养的重要内容,就业教育是人才出口质量的主要保证。两者的教育水平确保了学生良好的就读体验感和高质量就业去向,有助于学校形成“招生-培养-就业”良性循环。在这个过程中,客户体验管理可成为高校提高就业创业教育质量和管理水平的有力工具。近年来,北京体育大学持续探索将客户体验管理理念融入就业创业教育,推动就业创业教育高质量、内涵式发展,贯彻落实党中央、国务院对高校就业创业工作和教育高质量发展的新部署新要求。Customer experience management is a customer management method aimed at strategically managing customer experience to increase revenue and asset value for enterprises.With the continuous transformation of economic forms,the consumption level of the Chinese people is shifting from the practical level to the experiential level.In such a social situation,although universities are non-profit organizations,the demand for a sense of learning experience from students and parents is also increasing synchronously.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important part of talent cultivation in schools,and employment education is the main guarantee for the quality of talent exports.The education level of both ensures a good learning experience and high-quality employment prospects for students,which helps universities form a virtuous cycle of"Enrollment-Education-Employment".In this process,customer experience management can become a powerful tool for universities to improve the quality and management level of career and entrepreneurship education.
