摘　　要：胃食管反流病(gastro esophageal reflux disease,GERD)发病率及复发率在国内呈逐年升高的趋势,尽管GERD常用抑酸药物抑酸与促进黏膜修复疗效确切,但其长久应用的副作用也逐渐显现且不可忽视.所以寻找有效且副作用小的治疗方案十分必要.中医药以中医理论为基础,对GERD的病因病机、诊断、治疗都有明确且完整的探讨,理论体系逐渐趋于成熟.可以从多系统、多维度对GERD进行总体调治.主要体现在降低复发率、处理多维度症状、减少药物用量和副作用、调节食管动力紊乱、降低食管高敏感性、改善情绪及提高患者生活质量、缩短疗程等方面.虽然中医药治疗GERD有其独特的优势,但也有明显的不足之处:中医诊疗过程主观性强,诊断治疗标准难以统一,规范化诊疗不足.所以,立足于不同医学,明确各自优缺点,取长补短,才能在GERD的治疗策略上进行优化与创新.The incidence and recurrence rates of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)are increasing year by year in China.Although acid-suppressive drugs are effective in inhibiting acid and promoting mucosal repair,the side effects of long-term application of these drugs can not be ignored.Therefore,it is necessary to find an effective treatment with minimal side effects.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment of GERD have been discussed clearly and completely.GERD can be regulated multi-systemically and multi-dimensionally.It is mainly embodied in reducing recurrence rate,dealing with multi-dimensional symptoms,reducing drug dosage and side effects,regulating esophageal dynamic disorder,reducing esophageal hypersensitivity,improving mood and quality of life,shortening the course of treatment,and so on.Although TCM has its unique advantages in the treatment of GERD,it also has obvious shortcomings:The process of TCM diagnosis and treatment is subjective and the diagnosis and treatment are difficult to be standardized.Therefore,identifying the advantages and disadvantages of different medicines and learning from each other can help optimize the treatment strategy for GERD.
