摘 要:目的探讨在中医皮肤病学临床教学中,以疹舌辨证法为核心,联合抽丝剥茧教学模式的实践运用效果。方法将广州中医药大学2020级第一临床医学院中医学五年制临床医学专业90名本科生作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组45名学生采取传统灌输式教学模式,研究组45名学生采用疹舌辨证法联合抽丝剥茧教学模式。使用问卷调查综合评价教学效果。结果研究组认为疹舌辨证法联合抽丝剥茧教学模式可激发学习热情、培养中医辨病辨证思维能力等。研究组“诊断”和“辨证分析”部分测试成绩以及综合成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对联合教学模式满意度为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疹舌辨证法联合抽丝剥茧教学模式能激发学生学习热情、提高学生临床对皮肤病辨病辨证能力。Objective To discuss the applied effect of the teaching method of combination of rash and tongue and diagnosis-initiated mode in clinical teaching of dermatology of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Ninety clinical medicine undergraduates from fiveyear program of traditional Chinese medicine of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were assigned to control group of 45 stu⁃dents and study group of 45 students according to random permutation method.The control group adopted the traditional learning mode.The study group adopted combination of rash and tongue and diagnosis-initiated mode through network information platform.The teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey.Results The students in study group believed that the teaching method of combination of rash and tongue combined with diagnosis-initiated mode could stimulate learning interest,improve the ability of syn⁃drome differentiation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than that of the control group(77.78%,35/45),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion Combination of rash and tongue combined with diagnosis-initiated mode can dramatically stimulate the interest in learning,and improve teaching quality and comprehensive ability to distinguish between illness and disease.
