阳和汤治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：肉芽肿性乳腺炎属阴证疮疡范畴,证属阴疽,本质为阳虚痰凝,病程迁延难愈。阳和汤温阳补血、散寒通滞,治疗早期肿块型肉芽肿性乳腺炎效果显著。作者临证从“阳和、温通”入手治疗早期肿块型病灶,取得了较好的效果。肿块内小剂量多点注射曲安奈德,可快速缩小肿块体积,但存在停药反弹的现象。文章通过探讨总结阳和汤联合曲安奈德病灶内注射治疗肿块型肉芽肿性乳腺炎的经验,为早期肿块型肉芽肿性乳腺炎的临床治疗提供参考。Granulomatous lobular mastitis belongs to the category of yin syndrome ulcers,which belongs to dorsal furuncle and is es-sentially yang deficiency and phlegm coagulation.The course of the disease is prolonged and difficult to cure.Yanghe decoction warms yang and replenishes blood,dispels cold and unblocks stagnation,and has significant therapeutic effects on early mass type granuloma-tous mastitis.The author has achieved good therapeutic effects through the combination of“warming yang and warmly dredging”in the clinical process.Small dose and multi point injection of triamcinolone acetonide into tumors has a rapid effect on reducing the size of the tumor,but there is a phenomenon of rebound after discontinuation.This article explored and summarized the experience of Yanghe decoction combined with intralesional injection of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of mass type granulomatous mastitis,pro-viding reference for the clinical treatment of early mass type granulomatous mastitis.
