摘　　要：十八大以来,国家高度重视中医药工作,中医药发展迎来了历史最好机遇。中医药高校创新教育应抢抓历史机遇,勇担职责使命,遵循中医药发展规律,树立“新医科”思维,以胜任能力为导向,坚持传承精华、守正创新。文章以河南中医药大学儿科医学院为例,从中医药文化认同、中医药体系传承、中医药发展创新三个维度,深入分析了制约中医药高校学生创新能力提升的深层次问题,并针对性地提出了加强传统文化教育,树立文化自信,增强中医药文化认同;遵循客观规律,构建中医药思维,擦亮中医药传承底色;树立新医科思维,拥抱现代科技,促进中医药创新发展三条对策及切实可行的具体举措。Since the 18th National Congress,the country has attached great importance to the work of traditional Chinese medicine,and the development of traditional Chinese medicine has ushered in the best opportunity in history.The innovative education of univer-sity of Chinese medicine should seize the historical opportunity,bravely assume the responsibility and mission,follow the development law of traditional Chinese medicine,establish a“new medicine”thinking,be competent and competent-oriented,adhere to the es-sence of inheritance,and keep integrity and innovation.Taking school of pediatrics of Henan University of Chinese Medicine as an ex-ample,this paper deeply analyzed the deep-seated problems restricting the improvement of the innovation ability of efficient Chinese medicine students from three dimensions:cultural identity of Chinese medicine,inheritance of Chinese medicine system,and develop-ment and innovation of Chinese medicine.It also proposed to strengthen traditional culture education,establish cultural self-confidence,and enhance the cultural identity of traditional Chinese medicine,follow objective laws,build Chinese medicine thinking,and polish the background of Chinese medicine inheritance,establish the“new medicine”thinking,embrace modern science and tech-nology,promote the innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine,and put forward practical and specific measures.
