摘　　要：中医药在三年新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防治中发挥了重要的作用。互联网诊治在分流线下诊疗、减少交叉感染、有效抑制疫情扩散中发挥了很大作用,中医互联网已加入疫情防治的“主战场”。探索中医互联网服务模式,结合现代化技术,实现中医现代化是发展中医必行之路。近年来,优秀中医师队伍的数量缺口仍然很大,有效储备和培养后续新生的中医力量迫在眉睫。探索从源头抓起培养优质中医医师的模式,发展壮大优质中医师队伍具有重要意义。基于此,文章对中医人才培养的策略展开探讨。Traditional Chinese medicine has played an important role in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 in the past three years.Internet diagnosis and treatment has played a great role in diverting offline diagnosis and treatment,reducing cross-infection,and effectively curbing the spread of the epidemic,and the Internet of traditional Chinese medicine has joined the“main battlefield”of epidemic prevention and control.It is necessary to explore the Internet service mode of traditional Chinese medicine and combine modern technology to realize the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,the number gap of excellent tradi-tional Chinese medicine practitioners is still very large,and it is urgent to effectively reserve and cultivate the follow-up new tradi-tional Chinese medicine strength.It is also important to explore the model of training high-quality traditional Chinese medicine practi-tioners from the source and develop the team of high-quality traditional Chinese medicine practitioners.
