摘  要:在FDY锦纶长丝纤维上通过磁控溅射的方法制备镀银纤维,研究了等离子预处理气体、磁控溅射条件等对镀银纤维镀层的影响,综合分析最终确定了最佳方案:预处理气体选用氩气和氧气的混合气体,功率为400 W;磁控溅射真空度为0.1 MPa,电流为3.5 A,电压为430~530 V,长丝走丝速度为7 m/min,镀膜时间根据纤维的长度灵活设定,最终镀银纤维导电性能良好,镀层表面光滑致密均匀,呈现白色金属光泽。The silver plated fiber was prepared on FDY nylon filament fiber by Magnetron sputtering.The effects of plasma pretreatment gas and Magnetron sputtering conditions on the silver plated fiber coating were studied,and the best scheme was finally determined through comprehensive analysis:the pretreatment gas was a mixture of argon and oxygen,with a power of 400 W;The vacuum degree of Magnetron sputtering is 0.1 MPa,the current is 3.5 A,the voltage is 430-530 V,the filament feeding speed is 7 m/min,the coating time is flexibly set according to the length of the fiber.Finally,the silver plated fiber showed good conductivity,and the coating surface was smooth,dense,and uniform,presenting a white metallic luster.
