摘  要:针对传统温度控制器调节控制精度低、超调量大的缺点,设计了一套模糊控制策略+比例积分微分(PID)控制方法+物联网云平台技术的柔性管道加热控制系统。该系统可实现过程实时监控、温度检测和闭环控制功能,使输气管道在加热过程中的温度控制稳定、温度调节响应速度快、超调量小。通过对控制过程的可视化,可实时分析系统运行状况,从而实现对加热过程和气体输送过程的动态监控。该系统具有加热及温度控制、运行状态实时监测功能。适用于管道加热系统的柔性管道加热控制系统对半导体企业降低生产能耗、提高生产效率、过程监控、保证输送系统安全和平稳运行有重要意义。Aiming at the shortcomings of low precision and large overshooting of traditional temperature controller regulation and control,a set of flexible pipe heating control system with fuzzy control strategy+proportional integral differential(PID)control method+Internet of Thing(IoT)cloud platform technology is designed.The system can realize real-time process monitoring,temperature detection and closed-loop control functions,so that the gas pipe in the heating process,the temperature control is stable,the temperature adjustment response speed is fast,and the overshooting amount is small.Through the visualization of the control process,the system operation can be analyzed in real time,so as to realize the dynamic monitoring of the heating process and gas transmission process.The system has the functions of heating and temperature control and real-time monitoring of operation status.The flexible pipe heating control system suitable for pipe heating system is of great significance for semiconductor enterprises to reduce production energy consumption,improve production efficiency,process monitoring,and ensure the safe and smooth operation of the conveying system.
