摘　　要：RNA解旋酶DEAD-box蛋白家族是RNA解旋酶中最大的家族,是基因表达的重要调控因子,在RNA代谢的多个方面发挥作用。RNA解旋酶DEAD-box蛋白家族既在RNA代谢中具有重要作用,又与人类细胞中基因组的不稳定性直接相关。而基因组的不稳定性是癌症克隆进化的驱动因素,能够促进癌症的发生发展。该文对RNA解旋酶DEAD-box蛋白家族与肿瘤发生发展的相关性做一综述。The DEAD-box family of proteins is the largest family of RNA helicase,an important regulator of gene expression,and plays a role in several aspects of RNA metabolism.The DEAD-box family of proteins,which has both an important role in RNA metabolism,is directly related to genomic instability in human cells.Genomic instability is a driver for the evolution of cancer clones,thus contributing to cancer development.Based on this,this paper will review the relevance of the DEAD-box protein family of RNA helicase to the development of tumor.
