摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是世界上各个国家居民死亡的主要原因之一,也是延长人类预期寿命的重要障碍。RNA结合蛋白(RNA binding proteins,RBPs)作为一种重要的细胞内蛋白,在RNA转录、剪接、翻译、修饰、运输和稳定性等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。RNA结合基序蛋白(RNA binding motif proteins,RBMs)是一个重要的RBPs家族亚群,具有与RBPs相同的结构域特征。已有的研究显示,RBMs蛋白家族成员与多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。该文就RBMs家族成员在肿瘤发生发展中的作用及机制进行综述。Malignant tumors are one of the main causes of death among residents in various countries around the world and are important obstacles to extending human life expectancy.As important intracellular proteins,RNA binding proteins(RBPs)play crucial roles in RNA transcription,splicing,translation,modification,transport and stability.RNA binding motif proteins(RBMs)are an important subgroup of the RBP family,with the same domain characteristics as RBPs.Previous studies have shown that the RBMs are closely related to the occurrence and development of various tumors.This article reviews the role and mechanism of members of the RBMs in the occurrence and development of tumors.
