新高考背景下地方高校大类招生培养模式改进对策研究

摘　　要：新高考改革让考生拥有更多的自主选择权,也让越来越多的高校重视与之相适应的大类招生培养模式改革。但是,资源相对有限的地方高校在实施大类招生培养改革过程中存在可借鉴经验少、已有试点改革依然存在问题等困境。从大类专业设置、课程体系建设、师资建设、学生培养模式和学生事务管理等方面提出修订、调整和改革的对策,以期实现人才培养与专业发展的“双赢”。The new college entrance examination reform has given candidates more freedom to choose,and it has also made more and more universities pay attention to the reform of large-scale enrollment and training models that are compatible with it.However,in the process of implementing largescale enrollment and training reforms,there are few difficulties for reference,and existing pilot reforms still have problems for local universities with relatively limited resources.This article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for revision,adjustment,and reform from major professional setsettings,curriculum system construction,teacher construction,student training models,and student affairs management,so as to achieve a win-win situation for talent training and major development.
