摘　　要：论文结合深度访谈和第三方组织的参与观察,对旅意华侨学生的教育融入问题进行田野调查。研究发现,旅意华侨学生的辍学率较高,教育融入面临困境;意大利移民学生教育融入政策的功能失调是造成华侨学生融入困境的重要原因。意大利教育融入政策以“包容模式”和“跨文化路径”为指导思想,依赖政府、学校和第三方组织的协作,但实际工作中往往出现资源不足且协作失调的情况。同时,政策所设想的融入路径与很多华侨家庭的实际融入路径相互冲突。意大利作为接受国应制定更加明确详尽的移民融入政策,并将移民学生的教育融入纳入整个移民群体的融入政策体系内统筹规划,避免低融入度的代际传播。Combining in-depth interviews,participant observation and field study,this paper discusses Chinese migrants’integration into Italy,with a specific focus on children’s education.The research reveals a relatively high dropout rate among students from Chinese migrant families.This situation by and large may be caused by dysfunctional policies on education and migrants’integration deployed by the Italian Government,which follows principles of inclusivity and inter-cultural pathways and relies on collaboration among the government,schools,and third-party organizations.When implementing relevant policies,all involved parties lack effective mutual collaboration and also adequate supporting resources.Moreover,the envisioned paths outlined in official policies conflict with the actual trajectories of integration of Chinese migrant families.Italy,as the receiving country,is urged to develop a comprehensive and operational framework for Chinese migrants’integration.
