摘　　要：池州机场飞行区改扩建工程不停航施工比较复杂,涉及场道、助航灯光、空管等专业技术的共同实施,尤其是跑道投产的方案至关重要。跑道延长后分阶段投产运行的决策能够确保工程项目质量、安全以及进度,并对其他机场在进行飞行区改扩建不停航施工方案制订时有一定的借鉴意义。The construction of the flight area reconstruction and expansion project of Chizhou Airport is relatively complex,involving the joint implementation of special technologies in the runway,navigational lighting aids and air traffic control.The scheme of putting the runway into opertation is particularly important.The decision to put the extended runway into operation in stages can ensure the quality,safety and progress of the project,and has certain reference value for other airports in formulating construction plans for the reconstruction and expansion of the airfield without suspending airport operations.
