摘　　要：优秀的行业文化融入思想政治理论课教学,可以更好地实现教学目标,落实习近平总书记提出的“八个相统一”要求,不断增强思想政治理论课的思想性、理论性以及亲和力和针对性。本文通过剖析民航行业文化融入高校思想政治理论课存在的问题,提出了民航行业文化融入思想政治理论课“三化引领”“三境熏陶”“三径提升”的“三三制”教学实践思路,为民航类及相关院校思想政治理论课教学提供借鉴。The integration of excellent industry culture into ideological and political theory teaching can better help achieve teaching objectives,implement the requirements of"the unity of eight aspects"put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping,and constantly enhance the thought,theory,affinity and pertinence of ideological and political theory courses.By analyzing the problems existing in the integration of civil aviation industry culture into ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the teaching ideas of"three-three system",which includes"three-orientation","three-environment edification"and"three-path promotion",so as to provide reference for the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in civil aviation and related colleges and universities.
