诺西那生钠联合综合康复治疗5q型脊髓性肌萎缩患儿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨5q型脊髓性肌萎缩患儿在诺西那生钠治疗的基础上联合综合康复治疗的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月普宁市第二人民医院洪阳分院收治的14例5q型脊髓性肌萎缩患儿,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=7)与观察组(n=7),对照组采用诺西那生钠治疗,观察组采用诺西那生钠联合综合康复治疗,对比两组治疗前后的上肢力量、运动功能、日常生活活动能力及不良事件发生率。结果治疗后,观察组上肢模块修订版评分为(30.52±3.45)分,Hammersmith运动功能量表扩展版评分为(60.47±4.63)分,改良巴氏指数评定表评分为(90.15±5.74)分,均高于对照组的(22.46±3.13)分,(52.25±4.27)分(80.63±5.17)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.578、3.453、3.261,P均<0.05)。比较两组不良事件发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论5q型脊髓性肌萎缩患儿在诺西那生钠治疗的基础上联合综合康复治疗的效果较显著,不仅可以有效提高其上肢力量,促进其运动功能的恢复,增强其日常生活活动能力,还可以降低压疮、肺部感染等不良事件的发生风险。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nocinazone sodium combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in children with type 5q spinal muscular atrophy.Methods A total of fourteen children with spinal muscular atrophy type 5q admitted to Hongyang Branch of Puning Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=7)and observation group(n=7)by random number table method.The control group was treated with nocinazole sodium therapy,and the observation group was treated with nocinazole sodium combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,The upper body strength,motor function,activities of daily living and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the Revised Version of Upper Limb Module score was(30.52±3.45)points,the Hammersmith Motor Function Scale Expanded version score was(60.47±4.63)points,and the Modified Barthel Index Rating Scale score was(90.15±5.74)points in the observation group,higher than those of the control group(22.46±3.13),(52.25±4.27),(80.63±5.17)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.578,3.453,3.261,all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events between the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In children with type 5q spinal muscular atrophy,combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the basis of nocinazone sodium treatment can effectively improve their upper limb strength,promote the recovery of their motor function,enhance their activities of daily living,and reduce the risk of adverse events such as pressure sores and lung infections.
