艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片联合西沙必利治疗急诊反流性食管炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析应用艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片联合西沙必利治疗急诊反流性食管炎的效果。方法随机选取2022年1—12月宁阳县中医院收治的50例急诊反流性食管炎患者为研究对象,通过抽签法将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组25例。对照组采用艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗,研究组采用艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片联合西沙必利治疗。对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、内镜分级积分、血清炎症因子水平、临床症状积分。结果研究组治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.020,P<0.05)。研究组患者的内镜分级积分,血清白细胞介素-23、白细胞介素-17水平,烧心、反酸、胸痛症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论急诊反流性食管炎应用艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片联合西沙必利的治疗效果显著,能够改善患者内镜检查结果、血清炎症因子水平和临床症状。Objective To analyze the effect of esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets combined with Cisapride in the treatment of emergency reflux esophagitis.Methods A total of 50 patients with emergency reflux esophagitis admitted to Ningyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects and randomly divided into study group and control group by drawing lots,with 25 patients in each group.The control group was treated with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets,and the study group was treated with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets combined with Cisapride.The total effective rate,endoscopic grading score,serum inflammatory factor level and clinical symptom score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.020,P<0.05).The endoscopic grading score,the level of serum interleukin-23 and interleukin-17,the symptom score of heartburn,acidf reflux and chest pain of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con-clusion Esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablet combined with Cisapride has a significant effect on emergency reflux esophagitis,which can improve the endoscopy results,serum inflammatory factor levels and clinical symptoms of patients.
