摘　　要：酒糟类饲料作为一种廉价且具有一定营养价值的饲料资源,在肉羊养殖中具有重要的应用研究价值。本文综述了近年来酒糟类饲料在肉羊养殖中的应用研究进展,探讨了酒糟类饲料的营养特点、加工技术及其在肉羊养殖中的应用前景,并指出了今后需要深入探讨的问题及研究方向。As a cheap and nutritious feed resource,wine-lees feed has important application and research value in sheep breeding.This article summarizes the recent progress in the application of wine-lees feed in sheep breeding,discussing the nutritional characteristics of wine-lees feed,processing technology,and its application prospects in sheep breeding.It also points out the issues that need to be further explored and the research direction in the future.
