摘　　要：顺应高职教育国际化发展趋势,进行技能型人才培养的国际合作创新,是高职院校走国际化发展道路的必然要求,也是为企业培养“走出去”人才的迫切要求,更是高职院校实现高质量发展的实践要求。对此,高职院校应创新国际化办学理念,优化体制机制建设;加强留学生教育改革,大力推进教随产出;在合作交流平台积极推进中国标准国际化;深化校企同行,积极建设产教融合共同体。It is an inevitable requirement for higher vocational colleges to follow the international development trend of higher vocational education and innovate the cultivation of skilled talents through international cooperation.It is also an urgent requirement for enterprises to cultivate"going out"talents,and it is a practical requirement for higher vocational colleges to achieve high-quality development.In this regard,higher vocational colleges should innovate the concept of international school running,optimize the construction of system and mechanism,strengthen the reform of international students'education,vigorously promote the teaching with output,actively promote the internationalization of Chinese standards on the cooperation and exchange platform,deepen the school enterprise counterparts,and actively build an industry education integration community.
