摘　　要：专业群建设是当前职业院校专业建设和教学组织变革、提升教育教学质量的重要举措。专业人才培养方案是高等职业教育人才培养工作的总体设计和实施蓝图。科学合理的专业人才培养方案是保证职业教育人才培养质量的基础。基于专业群建设开发专业人才培养方案可以更好地对接产业人才需求,促进学生就业和社会经济转型发展。河北软件职业技术学院针对河北省“十四五”规划中“大数据、软件和信息技术服务两个千亿级产业集群”组建了云计算技术应用专业群,在专业人才培养方案开发过程中基于专业群进行人才需求分析,厘清了专业群对应的岗位群、工作任务及职业能力,根据专业职业能力开发了基于专业群的“底层共享,中层融合,高层互选”的模块化课程,形成了“1+N+M”分层人才培养课程体系,为职业院校人才培养方案设计开发提供参考借鉴。The construction of specialtygroups is a significant initiative in the reform of specialty construction and teaching organization in vocational colleges,aiming to enhance the quality of education and teaching.Thetalent training program is the overall design and blueprint for the implementation of talent cultivation in higher vocational education.A scientifical talent training program is the foundation for ensuring the quality of vocational education.Based on the specialtygroup to develop talent training program can better align with industry talent needs,promote student employment,support socioeconomic transformation and development.In response to the"two hundred-billion-level industrial clusters in big data,software and information technology services."mentioned in"the 14th Five-Year Plan"of Hebei Province,Hebei Software Institute has introduced a specialty group in cloud computing technology and application.Based on the specialty group,talent needs analysis is conducted in designing the training program,clarifying the corresponding job groups,work tasks,and vocational abilities.Hence,A modular curriculum system based on specialtygroup has been developed,including"sharing the fundamental layer,integrating intermediate layer,selecting the advanced layer"forming a"1+N+M"curriculum system.This provides insights into the design and development of talent training programs for vocational colleges.
