益智开窍针法联合八段锦在脑卒中后认知障碍患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析益智开窍针法联合八段锦运动对脑卒中后认知障碍患者神经功能、认知功能的影响。方法选取2023年1月至9月南昌市洪都中医院收治的80例脑卒中后认知障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组进行八段锦运动,研究组在对照组基础上进行益智开窍针法治疗,观察两组患者的神经功能、日常生活能力、认知功能、神经递质水平、血液流变学指标、临床疗效。结果研究组治疗后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、红细胞压积(HCT)、全血黏度(WBV)水平低于对照组,Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)、简明精神状态检查表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用益智开窍针法、八段锦运动联合治疗,可使患者的神经功能得到改善,提高患者认知功能,使患者日常生活能力提高,促使患者的恢复,使用效果较好。Objective To analyze the effect of the combination of puzzle opening acupuncture and Eight Section Brocade exercise on the neurological and cognitive functions of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,the control group and the study group were divided into 40 cases each.The control group underwent Eight Section Brocade exercise,while the study group received puzzle opening acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The neurological function,daily living ability,cognitive function,neurotransmitter levels,hemorheological indicators,and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were observed.Results After treatment,the levels of the National Institutes of Health Stroke scale(NIHSS),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),hematocrit(HCT),and whole blood viscosity(WBV)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the Berg balance scale(BBS)score,activities of daily living(ADL),brief mental state examination(MMSE),Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)score,dopamine(DA),and serotonin(5-HT)were also lower than those in the control group,the level of norepinephrine(NE)was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of puzzle opening acupuncture and the combination of Eight Section Brocade exercise therapy can improve the patient's neurological function,enhance their cognitive function,enhance their daily living ability,promote their recovery,and achieve good results.
