补肾活血法联合甲钴胺片干预眼压控制后青光眼的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾活血法联合甲钴胺片干预眼压控制后青光眼的安全性和有效性,为中西医结合治疗眼压控制后青光眼提供更多的临床手段和思路。方法选取2018年1月至2022年12月在萍乡市人民医院眼科就诊并通过眼压检查确定为眼压控制后青光眼的60例患者作为研究对象,根据患者就诊先后顺序分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组单纯予以甲钴胺片口服,治疗组在对照组基础上口服补肾活血中药组方,两组均治疗3个月,比较两组的视力、眼压、视野及中医证候积分的变化情况。结果对照组中完成观察28例(45只眼),治疗组完成观察26例(44只眼)。两组患者治疗前后的眼压、视力组间、组内比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后的视野平均敏感度(MS)均高于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的平均缺损(MD)、丢失方差(LV)、视野缺损计分及中医证候积分均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后的MD、LV、视野缺损积分及中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾活血法联合甲钴胺片口服治疗眼压控制后青光眼,有助于提高视力及视觉敏感度,有效控制视野缺损,改善患者中医症状,为青光眼眼压控制后患者后期的视功能保护提供了一种新的思路。Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation method combined with Mecobalamin Tablets in the treatment of glaucoma after intraocular pressure control,and to provide more clinical means and ideas for the treatment of glaucoma after intraocular pressure control with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed as glaucoma after intraocular pressure control in the Department of Ophthalmology,Pingxiang People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the order of treatment,the patients were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was given Mecobalamine Tablets orally only.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given oral tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation traditional Chinese medicine.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The changes of visual acuity,intraocular pressure,visual field and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results Twenty-eight patients(45 eyes)in the control group and 26 patients(44 eyes)in the treatment group completed the observation.There were no significant differences in intraocular pressure and visual acuity between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The vision mean sensitivity(MS)of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean defect(MD),loss variance(LV),visual field defect scores and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the treatment group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in MD,LV,visual field defect scores and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation me
